Dress is a A-Line Peasant dress with flutter sleeve. These dresses are meant to be at knee length.
Even so this is a summer dress it easy to transition from the hot summer days to the cold winter months by simply adding a long sleeve sweater under and some leggings.
Dress is made in a white and red polka dots cotton fabric.  
Dress has an oval neckline, which is gathered with elastic for an easy wearing.
Short flutter sleeves. 
The dress is easy to pull on and off. 
All seams have been professionally finished with a serge
Dress is roomy enough to wear over a long sleeve top and leggings during the chilly weather.
