Dress is done in a cotton fabric. This dress has an oval neckline, which is gathered with elastic, short flutter sleeves. 
The dress is easy to pull on and off. 
All seams have been professionally finished with a serger .
Dress is roomy enough to wear over a long sleeve top and leggings during the chilly weather.
